Regulations on admission to membership and termination of membership in Lviv Entrepreneurs Committee (shortened version)

Admission of new members in the public organization Lviv Entrepreneurs Committee is taken place at the Committee General Meeting or at meetings of the Committee Council (in case of transfer of such powers). The General Meeting or meeting of the Committee Council is considered valid in case at least ½ of all Committee members or Council members respectively are present.

All meetings, at which the admission of new members takes place, are open.

In order to be admitted to the Committee, the candidate should not later than 20 days before the corresponding meeting submit the following documents (in written and electronic form):  
- application in the name of the Head of the Committee about the intent to become the Committee member; 
- filled questionnaire with details on his or her entrepreneurship activity;
- recommendations from three Committee members,
- three photos 3x4 cm. 

The Ethic Committee not later than 15 days before the meeting should meet with the person, intending to become a member, and with the Committee members that gave their recommendations, and not later than 10 days before the meeting to make preliminary conclusions on the correspondence with the Committee Code of Honour.  

The decision on admission of new member is considered approved, in case not less than 2/3 of the present members voted in its favour.  

Withdrawal from membership takes place: 
- on the member’s own will; 
- by the decision of the General Meeting of Committee Council in case of delegation of such powers to it. 

The issue of membership termination can be initiated by the Head of the Committee, a member of the Committee Council, the Treasurer, the Head of the Revision Committee, or a group of three Committee members.
